Privacy policy

Drive-IT (CVR DK17997378) is the data controller for the personal data you provide via drive-it.dk. We only collect what is necessary, and nothing is stored in databases on the website.

What data do we process?

When you request a download link for UnseeMe, we process the data you enter in the form yourself: customer type, name, e-mail, phone (optional) and, for companies, company name, company registration number and, where relevant, EAN number.

What is the data used for?

The data is used solely to send you the download link, issue an invoice and send a licence key, and to respond to your enquiry. We do not pass the data on to third parties, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.

Where is the data stored — and for how long?

The website stores no personal data. Your enquiry is sent as an e-mail to our mailbox (kontakt@drive-it.dk), which is the only record. Data that forms part of accounting records (invoices) is kept for 5 years as required by the Danish Bookkeeping Act; other enquiries are deleted no later than 12 months after completion.

Your rights

You can at any time request access to, rectification of or deletion of the data we hold about you (unless legislation requires us to keep it) by writing to kontakt@drive-it.dk. You can also lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency, datatilsynet.dk.
